Movie Marathon?
Here’s the list of movies showing this week at a nearby local “arthouse”1 theater here called Cinematheque:
Dammit! Except for P.S. I Love You (nothing against romances, I’m sure it’s a nice movie) I want to watch EVERY SINGLE ONE in the list. I do have the whole day to spare today, but still, six movies in a row is unprecedented, even taking my ultra-film-buff-I-need-to-watch-all-Cinemanila-features-or-else phase from many years ago into consideration. Plus, watching movies here is expensive. (But at least I get an any day, all day student discount.)
Maybe two movies2. Or three.
1 I put in the quotes to imply that “arthouse” means anything remotely deviating from the mainstream. I think they also hold Kurosawa-fests from time to time.
