Creative Commons Launch
I am looking forward to attending the Creative Commons Hong Kong Launch which will actually be graced with Prof. Lawrence Lessig‘s presence.
I think Creative Commons is a kick-ass idea. It inspires fairness to both creators of artistic works, and to the audience of these works. I, for one, license my music and photographs under Creative Commons – particularly of the Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike type.
Information wants to be free! Can’t stop the signal! Culture should not be repressed! And all those cool-sounding slogans.
I will most definitely ask for Prof. Lessig’s autograph.

It’s awesome that you can have a party about CC! HK is much cooler than Manila in that respect.
